Description

Due to a broken pipe, the house was affected by a minor flood. The entire down-stair interior walls had to be repaired with drywall, retextured to match the existing ones and painted. The ceiling was upgraded with the removal of the pop-corn texture and was painted.

Carpet pads in the living room were taken out, replaced and the carpet was professionally cleaned.  The exterior façade scope of work included:  roof insulation, roof facia renewal and paint.
