Location: Carson, California
Scope of Work: Remodeling
Description: Two completely-renewed bathrooms and entire-home upgrade.
Both up and downstairs bathrooms were refreshed with a clean, bright look through the use of economically-priced products. The homeowner wanted to convert the downstairs bath into a disabled-friendly bathroom, so the existing bathtub was removed and a shower pan along with grab bars was installed instead. All flooring material, toilets, toilet risers, tub, shower pan, grab bars, vanity cabinet with sink and accessories were installed with the highest of quality.
The existing hot and cold water main-pipe lines were re-routed according to the most updated building codes. The toilet flanges were changed, plywood sub-flooring was installed due to decay and damage to the old sub-flooring, and insulation materials were installed between the stud walls.
Composite flooring was laid throughout the house, the pop-corn texture on the ceiling was remove and re-textured, and the entire house including doors and guard-rails were painted. Ceiling fans were installed and some electrical wiring was changed.
