Description
Before the renovation, the tiny kitchen was enclosed and isolated from the living room. The Homeowner desired to have a wide-open kitchen with an island looking towards the outside pool and the mountains. We created several design options based on their preferences. The final design included an island in the middle, a pantry, and a closet.
The scope of work included demolition, new flooring, new dark-wooden cabinets, granite countertop installation, constructing an island, plumbing, electrical, drywall, installing new doors, new appliances, and paint. The old kitchen was completely demolished and the new design was implemented.
The end result complemented the existing house design and connected the living room to the kitchen creating a larger, usable space.
